Conference “Towards sustainable food, from production to consumption”. Following: sustainable dinner
In the prestigious setting of Expo 2020 Dubai, Clust-ER Agrifood and Clust-ER Greentech of Emilia Romagna, are organizing "Towards sustainable food, from production to consumption - Conference and Sustainable Dinner", an event with an innovative format that is divided into two moments: an international conference, with speakers from leading companies and prestigious research institutions and a dinner, with a sustainable menu prepared by chef Sebastiano Ferlito, in the star restaurant of the space M-Eating Italy. The event aims to address, from different points of view, the issue of sustainability of the entire agri-food value chain through the demonstration of some best practices, from Emilia-Romagna and other European realities, related to primary production, processing, transport and trade of food, up to consumption.
The event will be broadcast live online on YouTube and on the social channels of Clust-ER Greentech and Agrifood.
